The T8 USS Wichita, an American Heavy Cruiser Premium, is not a bad ship by any means. Very agile and stealthy, it can absolutely be a solid performer. It lacks some tankiness and firepower compared to the Baltimore however, and the upcoming radar normalization patch will give the Balti a huge edge in utility.
