Algérie is a single ship built for the French Navy in the 1930’s. Built as a heavy cruiser under the Washington Naval Treaty, she is widely considered to be one of the best WNT heavy cruisers ever built due to her good offensive firepower, good armor protection and her speed and maneuverability. She doesn’t disappoint in game either a fantastic fire starting chance, good agility, and good AP combined with decent AA. Overall, as far as heavy cruisers go at T7, she is one of, if not the best heavy cruiser and definitely compares favorably against Fiji for best non-premium cruiser at T7! 🙂
